STAND UP FOR OUR LANDMARK WEST PARK PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ON 8/4 At the Landmarks preservation commission public MEETING!

Tuesday, August 4

This Tuesday, August 4, at 10:00am, LPC will host a public meeting about the hardship application presented by the West Park Presbyterian Church. Support CWP and West Park by joining in person or via livestream!

There will not be a vote on the hardship application at this meeting, but we anticipate that the vote will be scheduled soon. Your presence in-person at that upcoming meeting will be critical, and we will share information about the vote as soon as we know more.

Expected Start Time: 10:00AM

Meeting time is subject to change by LPC. We will inform you if the time is changed outside of our control.

In-person: Arrive by 9:30 AM
Landmarks Preservation Commission
253 Broadway, 2nd Floor (between Warren Street and Murray Street)

Livestream: Join by 10:00 AM

LPC MEETING vs. HEARING

Because of LPC procedures, only the applicant (the church) and the commissioners will speak at this LPC Public Meeting; no community testimony will be heard. However, your presence is still critical to show the importance of this landmark building to our neighborhood and all five boroughs.

IN-PERSON @ LPC ON TUESDAY

If you attend in-person, we will have buttons and hats available to show your support.

PETITION SIGNATURES: PLEASE SIGN NOW!

Please show your support by joining the 11,000+ people who have already signed our petition to Save This Landmark both online and in-person and adding your name. Please share the petition with others to show LPC that landmarked buildings like West Park Presbyterian Church matter and need to be preserved!

Please attend if you are able on August 4! Each one of us matters and makes a difference.
