About the Lead Artist
DAP The Contract is a Hip-Hop and Afro-Fusion producer/rapper and classically trained pianist from Lagos, Nigeria. A Columbia Law School ('20) graduate, and licensed intellectual property lawyer, DAP has recorded with Mark Ronson in the world-renowned Abbey Road Studios, performed most notably in Lagos, London, and New York, and released 9 solo self-produced projects, including the single Fàájì on October 25th, 2024. In 2025, DAP joined the Sound Logic team as a contract entertainment lawyer, participated as an official artist at SXSW, the Anti-Social Songwriting Camp in New York and Mondo NYC.
